Loving those that He has entrusted me to lead and leading them to love those we are called to serve matters far more to me than accomplishing a task list.
From the early days of class leadership in high school to leading in student ministry during college, Christina Middleton has had a love for leading women of all ages to the heart of Jesus. She was blessed to serve in a leadership role for ministry to women on a seminary campus for several years. For the last seven years, she has been serving in executive leadership roles within non-profit and pregnancy center ministries, most recently in Macon, Georgia.
Leading well means serving well. Serving your team and serving with your team are vital to team development and fruitful ministry.
I lead through innovative strategy coupled with wisdom from the Lord to see life and the gospel honored in each patient encounter.
