Meagan Crowther
As a leader, I strive to exhibit trust, understanding and grace while being open and honest.
Meagan Crowther’s leadership experience started with project management in the retail pharmacy industry. She now has the blessing of serving as Director of Youth Development at Living Hope Centers in Show Low, Arizona. Among her responsibilities in this role, she oversees the STARS Mentoring Program where high school students are trained to mentor middle school students to guide them in making healthy choices in all areas of their lives. Meagan strives to lead others by example and exemplify the qualities of a leader in all that she does.

My leadership philosophy is based on several key points: leading by example, actively listening, clear communication of expectations, creating and maintaining a culture of innovation (freedom to fail), speaking truth with love and grace, teaching and growing myself.
