Tiffany Lyons
We must always be looking for ways to develop and activate people to be who God has designed them to be and to do what God has designed them to do.
Tiffany Lyons is passionate about the local church and equipping leaders to live out their God-given destiny. She began her journey in ministry as volunteer coordinator at her church, High Street Baptist Church in Springfield, Missouri. Since then, she has been involved with leading and expanding her church’s community outreach program, managing social media, launching a weekly video announcement and launching The Volees, an annual volunteer celebration. Most recently, Tiffany was invited to lead the children’s ministry and has seen God do some amazing things, including the launch of a college intern program.
It is our job as leaders to call out qualities and potential in those around us. God designed each person with a specific plan and purpose.
To lead well, we must love the vision God has given us and love those we lead.
As leaders we must be aware that we are setting the culture. We have the power to set the tone of what the culture within our organization will be.
